This position will be overseeing and providing direction for an Outpatient Program providing counseling and skills training services in an outpatient treatment setting.The individual filling this role must have strong communication and organization skills. Masters degree preferred. A Bachelor’s in business or like with clinical mental health experience or a Bachelor’s in behavioral science with operational management experience will be considered as well. Experience managing/coaching staff required. This position will be managing the day to day operations of the Outpatient Program, including monitoring staff productivity, managing all operational aspects of the program, working closely with a Clinical Director, who will oversee the clinical parts of the program. Experience in the mental health field preferred. Experience with non-profits preferred.Start date: ASAP

Respite Providers for House Parents (Medford)

Supervised Visitation Services - Family Sense ProgramFamily Solutions is seeking a couple to live and work 72 hours per month and one week per year in our Therapeutic Respite Home in East Medford while the house parents take time away. This home provides respite for 1-2 youths ages 6-17 for up to 5 days at a time who have emotional and behavioral issues. Position pays $200/day.

Position requires a couple (one person may not work outside the home) willing to live in our respite home and provide supervision and care for the youth residing there at the time. This couple must have a flexible schedule and be prepared to be available for times requested by the house parents. Couple must pass criminal background check.

Our agency provides full training and certification as a Therapeutic Foster Parent as well as support and continued training.

Family Solutions is looking for Foster Homes, Short-Term Shelter Providers, and Respite Providers in Jackson and Josephine Counties for children who have been abused or neglected or who have emotional and behavioral problems.

  • We pay $1,850 per month per child and pay for respite care.
  • We provide ongoing training and support to Foster Families.
  • Homes may have other children under the age of 16 on a case by case basis.
  • One parent must not work outside the home.
