Oregon Teaching License required. Special Education endorsement preferred. Highly Qualified status in a core subject (Language Arts, Math, Science) preferred. Must be endorsed to teach in a elementary/middle school level classroom. Experience working with behavioral problems preferred. This position will provide oversight to some educational staff.

Outpatient Program Manager (Medford)

Family Solutions is looking for a full-time, benefited, FTE 1.0 (40 hours/week) Outpatient Program Manager. This position will be overseeing and providing direction for an Outpatient Program providing counseling and skills training services in an outpatient treatment setting.

The individual filling this role must have strong communication skills. Experience with electronic health records preferred, but not required. This position is required to meet the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) criteria. Licensure is required.

Start date: ASAP

Treatment Specialist (Grants Pass)

The day treatment setting requires availability between 8:30 and 2:30pm.

This position is temporary and can go up and down in hours based upon program census. This position is expected to work approximately 28 hours/week for approximately 6 months.

Meeting the criteria for Qualified Mental Health Associate is required (degree in a related field or 3 years combined education and/or related work experience). Direct experience in the mental health field a plus.

Respite Providers for House Parents (Medford)

Supervised Visitation Services - Family Sense ProgramFamily Solutions is seeking a couple to live and work 72 hours per month and one week per year in our Therapeutic Respite Home in East Medford while the house parents take time away. This home provides respite for 1-2 youths ages 6-17 for up to 5 days at a time who have emotional and behavioral issues. Position pays $200/day.

Position requires a couple (one person may not work outside the home) willing to live in our respite home and provide supervision and care for the youth residing there at the time. This couple must have a flexible schedule and be prepared to be available for times requested by the house parents. Couple must pass criminal background check.

Our agency provides full training and certification as a Therapeutic Foster Parent as well as support and continued training.

  • Homes may have other children under the age of 16 on a case by case basis.
  • One parent must not work outside the home.

Family Solutions has several relief (not temporary) employment opportunities available within our day treatment and residential treatment programs. The individuals filling these roles must be team oriented, energetic, and passionate about helping at-risk children/youth (ages 3-18, depending on the program). Programs are located in Ashland, Medford and Grants Pass.

In the residential setting, available shifts can include day, swing and night; any day of the week, including weekends.
In the day treatment setting, preferred availability is during the school day, or anytime between 8:30 and 2:00pm.

Qualified Mental Health Associates preferred (degree in a related field or 3 years combined education and/or related work experience). Experience in the mental health field a plus.
