Family Solutions has a full-time, benefited, FTE 1.0 (40 hours/week) employment opportunity available. This positions will be providing skill building services to individuals and groups in the community and home setting. This position require driving in the community and reliable transportation.

The individual filling this role must have strong communication skills. Experience with electronic health records preferred, but not required. This positions are required to meet the Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) criteria.

Start date: ASAP

Compensation: $11.61-12.87/hour depending on experience. Family Solutions offers a generous benefit package, including paid time off, health, vision, dental, life insurance, short term disability, long term disability, flexible spending account, and retirement options.

An applicant moving forward in the hiring process must clear a background check, Medicaid fraud check, have a valid driver’s license (for positions that require driving) with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and have a clean driving record.

Continued employment is contingent upon clearing the background check and meeting the credentialing/experience guidelines. Relief Treatment Specialists Needed-Working with At-Risk Children (Grants Pass)

Family Solutions has several relief (not temporary) employment opportunities available within our Grants Pass day treatment. The individuals filling these roles must be team oriented, energetic, and passionate about helping at-risk children/youth.

In the day treatment setting, preferred availability is during the school day, or anytime between 9:00-2:30pm.

Qualified Mental Health Associates preferred (degree in a related field or 3 years combined education and/or related work experience). Experience in the mental health field a plus.

Respite Providers for House Parents (Medford)

Supervised Visitation Services - Family Sense ProgramFamily Solutions is seeking a couple to live and work 72 hours per month and one week per year in one of our Therapeutic Respite Homes while the house parents take time away. We have a houses in East Medford and South Grants Pass. The homes provide respite for 1-2 youths ages 6-17 for up to 5 days at a time who have emotional and behavioral issues. Position pays $200/day.

Position requires a couple (one person may not work outside the home) willing to live in our respite home and provide supervision and care for the youth residing there at the time. This couple must have a flexible schedule and be prepared to be available for times requested by the house parents. Couple must pass criminal background check.

Our agency provides full training and certification as a Therapeutic Foster Parent as well as support and ongoing training.

Family Solutions is looking for Foster Homes, Short-Term Shelter Providers, and Respite Providers in Jackson and Josephine Counties for children who have been abused or neglected or who have emotional and behavioral problems.

  • We pay $1,850 per month per child and pay for respite care.
  • We provide ongoing training and support to Foster Families.
  • Homes may have other children under the age of 16 on a case by case basis.
  • One parent must not work outside the home.
