Required Qualifications: Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with 2 years postgraduate experience. Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain clinical best practices within multiple program milieus; demonstrated ability overseeing the daily clinical and administrative operations within mental health programs. Experience with educational standards/regulations in Long Term Care and Treatment Centers is preferred.

Additional qualifications include: strong oral and written communication skills; electronic health records experience; ability to create and sustain positive relationships with person served, staff, and community partners; ability to work independently on projects and also work as part of a team; demonstrated ability to represent the agency in the community in a professional and positive manner.

This position will oversee two day treatment programs and the corresponding staff; responsible for hiring, training, maintaining the regular staff positions and the on-call staffing; primary responsibility regarding incoming referrals, admissions, and discharges; review clinical content, monitoring/maintaining content standards and all compliance requirements.

This is a salaried, exempt, full-time, benefited position. $43,481-51,642/year depending on experience.

Current benefit package: Health Insurance including vision coverage ($750ded/$4,000max/$20copay) and Dental Insurance. Employee Only coverage costs a full-time, benefited employee only $20/month.
FSA and Voluntary Life Insurance options are available with additional payroll deductions.
Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance coverage are provided at no cost to the employee.
Eligibility for 401(K) begins after one-year of service in a full-time capacity and provides an agency match of up to 6% when the employee contributes 3% (200% match).
This position accrues 5.92 weeks per year of vacation time plus an additional sick time benefit.

The successful applicant moving forward in the screening process must complete/clear a background check, Medicaid fraud check, and have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
