Family Solutions is looking for a FTE 1.0 Child and Family Therapist. This position will be working with female youth (ages 12-17) in a residential treatment setting. (Caseload may also include male and/or female youth ages 5-17 from our proctor foster care program)

Salary: $42,010 – $48,208/year + generous benefits.

Current benefit package: Health Insurance including vision coverage ($750ded/$3,500max/$20copay) and Dental Insurance. Employee Only coverage costs a full-time, benefited employee only $20/month.
FSA and Voluntary Life Insurance options are available with additional payroll deductions.
Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance coverage are provided at no cost to the employee.
Eligibility for 401(K) begins after one-year of service in a full-time capacity and provides an agency match of up to 4% when the employee contributes 2% (200% match). This position accrues 5.92 weeks per year of vacation time plus an additional sick time benefit.

Requirements:
-Master’s Degree in a mental health related professional field.

-Valid driver’s license, 4 years driving experience, clean DMV record.
-CPR/First Aid required (Family Solutions will provide the training if not already certified).
-Must be able to to clear a DHS Background Check and Medicaid Fraud Check.

Duties:
This position–
-provides individual and family/group therapy to youth as well as environmental interventions within the residential home.
– requires working with youth in our residential facility (caseload may also include youth from our proctor foster care program)
-requires the therapist to engage therapeutically with youth and families on an ongoing basis.
-requires providing supervision to youth.
-requires accurate and timely clinical documentation.
-provides crisis intervention and support.
-requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-is required to work well in a team setting and also to work independently.
