Family Solutions has an employment opportunity available in our Residential Programs. We are currently looking for a Residential Programs Manager.

This position is eligible for up to an $5,000 bonus following 1 year of employment. At 1 year of employment bonuses will be prorated and paid based on hours worked (full-time hours worked being equal to $5,000).

The primary purpose of this position is to provide for the planning, development, and evaluation of the services, as well as the formulation of programmatic goals and objectives, for BRS programs. This position analyzes accreditation standards, Oregon Administrative Rules as well as agency policies, and develops and implements integrated systems, processes and polices accordingly. This position provides operational leadership and is accountable for developing and improving performance management and quality improvement processes. This position oversees a Girls Residential Home, Therapeutic Foster Care and Crisis Respite Home.

This position is exempt, FTE 1.0 and benefited. Benefits include health/vision, dental, short term disability, long term disability, life insurance, a payroll deduction option for voluntary life insurance, Paid Time Off and retirement (401(k) once eligibility requirements are met).

Salary: DOE

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with major study in psychology, sociology, social work, social sciences, or a closely allied field, AND two years of experience in the supervision and management of a residential facility for the care and treatment of children or young adults.
-Valid driver’s license, 4 years driving experience, clean DMV record, reliable transportation.
-Must be able to clear a DHS Background Check (criminal and abuse) and Medicaid Fraud Check.
