Family Solutions has a benefited, FTE 1.0 (40 hours/week) employment opportunity available within our Grants Pass Day Treatment Program. This position will be providing counseling services in an intensive treatment setting to children between the ages of 3-14 years of age. This position works collaboratively with the children, families, treatment team, and community partners. This position works in an elementary school like environment.

The individual filling this role must have strong communication skills. Experience with electronic health records preferred, but not required. This position is required to meet the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) criteria and credentialing requirements.

Compensation: $42,010-$49,895/year depending on experience. Family Solutions offers a generous benefit package, including paid time off, health, vision, dental, life insurance, short term disability, long term disability, flexible spending account, and retirement options.

Current benefit package: Health Insurance including vision coverage ($750ded/$4,000max/$20copay) and Dental Insurance. Employee Only coverage costs a full-time, benefited employee only $20/month.
FSA and Voluntary Life Insurance options are available with additional payroll deductions.
Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance coverage are provided at no cost to the employee.
Eligibility for 401(K) begins after one-year of service in a full-time capacity and provides an agency match of up to 6% when the employee contributes 3% (200% match).

An applicant moving forward in the hiring process must clear a background check, Medicaid fraud check, have a valid driver’s license (for positions that require driving) with a minimum of 4 years driving experience and have a clean driving record.

All of Family Solutions positions require a prospective employee to clear a background check and meet any credentialing/experience guidelines as noted. Continued employment is contingent upon clearing the background check and meeting the credentialing/experience guidelines. To meet QMHP criteria official transcripts will be required to be submitted directly from the university to Family Solutions.
