Preventing Family Separation
Many young people with behavioral and mental health challenges risk hospitalization or removal from their homes. Our goal is to prevent family separation by providing early intervention and support.
Coach House, a licensed proctor care home in Grants Pass, is a partnership between Family Solutions and Options for Southern Oregon. We serve young people ages 4-20 in Jackson and Josephine Counties who are experiencing emotional distress, providing them a stable, nurturing environment for short-term stays.

Youth typically stay at Coach House for one to five days. Our trained foster parents maintain daily routines while using evidence-based strategies to help young people regulate their emotions and prepare for a successful return home.
Foster parents are essential to our Crisis Respite program. They complete 32 hours of training and comprehensive home studies to ensure they can provide expert care. Their dedication helps local families rebuild stronger connections.
Crisis Respite serves families throughout Jackson and Josephine Counties by providing crucial support when it's needed most. We're always seeking compassionate foster parents to join our team.
